Quality Policy Statement

We are a value-based company built on a culture of quality, integrity, sustainability and innovation.

Bomcafe® Australia wishes to be recognised as a quality manufacturer and distributor of a range of blended premium coffee products, including a portfolio of healthy products such as iced coffees, almond flavoured coffee, chocolate flavoured coffee, flavoured oat coffee, coffee syrups, and café style products. These products will be sold locally and exported to various markets abroad.

To achieve this, our aims are:

To provide our customers with products that consistently meet their needs and expectations.
To continually develop new products and concepts for our customers.
To continually improve all facets of the company's activities.
To ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, both local and overseas. This includes compliance with the Departments of Agriculture and Water Resources to export coffee and coffee-based products and Importing Requirements.

The quality and safety of the company’s products and its customer service concern every person working or partnering with Bomcafe® Australia and are not just the management team’s responsibility. Quality and customer service start with planning any activity by the company through all phases of its operations. A “Do it right the first time” approach is the key to quality, customer service, and productivity.

The company assures its customers that Bomcafe® products and brands are developed to our stringent and Australian quality standards. The industry standards will be maintained to ensure the products are safe, legal, and highest quality. Specifically, the company will strengthen product safety and quality management programs based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles and comply with all Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI), retailer, and local food and beverage regulatory requirements.

Internationally recognised certifications in quality management systems, nutrition(food and diet), storage chains, control analysis, and sustainability (UTZ/Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade and USDA) are our guarantees that ensure our products meet stringent safety and quality standards of the most demanding and competitive markets.
